Winter school “Mathematical modeling” was held on 10-11 December on the basis of MAI IT-center. Training tracks organization, preparation and carrying out was made by ISP RAS staff: Strizhak Sergey, Kraposhin Matvey, Korchagova Victoria, Epikhin Andrey, Ryazanov Daniil.
The training intensive was aimed to obtain knowledge in the field of solving continuum mechanics problems using opensource software and supercomputer technologies.
The audience highly appreciated the level of the material, highlighting the practical component of the training track – practical problems simulation using packages Salome/OpenFOAM/Paraview with application Laboratory UniCFD ISP RAS computing cluster resources.
